Hi !
After reading the forums for years now, I guess it is about time to post some pix !
I am a part-time knifemaker. I live in France, on the Belgian border, near Lille.
Most of my knives are forged in Belgium because I can't forge at home (you know, neighbours, and a cramped and delapidated workshop
).
They are all finished at home, in that very cramped and delapidated workshop !!!
So I can't say whether I am the most French of all Belgian knife-makers, or the most Belgian of all French knife-makers!!!
Here are 3 knive I made recently.
All were handled using some gorgeous american walnut I got from a cool BF member.
Hunter in my stainless-steel sanmai 1810 / C105 / 1810 (needs some finishing & etching : I'll post better pics later...).
Fighter in 51CV4 springsteel.
Chute-knife in Takefu suminagashi.
I hope you'll like them !
Have a nice day,
Rémy
