3 Knives

already posted this in another subforum but.......This is my problem....my birthday happend recently and instead of physical present I got some cash.....not a problem itll go towards where I need it to, Knife! So ive narrowed it down to the native, atlantic salt, and d2 g-10 para milie. My problem is Im a college student and I dont have a super great income, I want to save as much money as possible....I kind of wanted a usa made knife but I also wanted a boat knife so the salt stayed in the top running....I love the para and have handled it several times but its kind of expensive, i missed the $99 sale from spyderco.....And the native is just awesome and the least expensive out there but does the price and quality outweigh the good qualities of the other two?

d2 + boat knife = fail?

get something in h1 if you are going anywhere near sea water.
 
If you have enough money, you should throw a Mora knife into the mix -they only cost about 10 to 20 bucks and they make great fixed blade boat knives (in stainless and other varieties)
