Here are 3 new Higonokami style knives I finished a few weeks ago for a show I had.
I did a WIP thread on how I build these a while back if you're interested: Higonokami WIP
The first two are a new design I've been working with. The handle shape feels great in the hand.
Both have the same dimensions and specs but different textures in the handle.
(my) damascus blade of 15n20 and 1084
textured copper handle
bronze washers
stainless pin
leather pocket pouch
6 13/16" open (i would say 7/8" but it's not, and i don't want to misrepresent)
4 1/2" closed (including flipper)
2 3/4" cutting edge
blade is 3/32" thick at the spine

This third one is a little more of a traditional shape. I've ground a little clip on the end of this one,
and the flipper is forged flat into a paddle shape.
1084 blade (black finish)
textured copper handle
bronze washers
stainless pin
leather pocket pouch
7 1/4"open
5" closed (including flipper)
2 7/8" cutting edge
blade is 3/32" thick at the spine

Thanks for looking.
