Just finished a three piece kitchen set. It’s earmarked as a wedding gift for my nephew and his future bride.
Blades are 14C28N at ~ 62 Rc
w/ Padauk handles, brass Loveless style bolts/pins. Wood finished w/5-6 coats of Danish oil and Howard Wax-

These look great! I particularly like the full sized handles: they look like you'd have plenty of control over those when in hand.
