3 pin vs 4 pin LB7

Is there any special significance between the 3 pin and 4 pin LB7s and 7OTs? Thanks,

The 4 pin, wood handled LB-7's were made from 1978 to 1991, they were then switched to three pin in '91, and "Uncle Henry" was added to the tang stamp. The white delrin handled ones were switched back to four pins (after 2-3 years?). Not sure if it was the same with the 7OT's.

wanna confuse everybody ? according to communication from Mr. H. Williams, these are 3 pin and 2 pin knives, as "rocker" pin is not a handle pin.

:confused: Confuse me? That ship has already sailed Roland! I thought we counted them like deer racks. 6 and 8 point knives, if you count both sides. :confused:
