Anyone have any good experiences finding a somewhat well built leather organizer that will hold standard 3 hole punched 8 1/2" by 11" paper?

I go thru these way too fast - keep buying from places like Staples and Office Depot - they just don't hold up to hard use.

Cost is not a big consideration as long as the price is justified by the build / quality. I figure I might as well buy one good one that will last me as long as 4 cheaper ones will.
 
Try Franklin Covey.
They sell high end leather binders for their paper day planners. I carried a leather one for a few years. Took it EVERYWHERE, even on vacations. It held up like a champ. (I only stopped when my job changed.) Mine was not full sized, but I know they sell an 8 1/2 x 11 size. Pricey, but look nice and are well built. At least that's my experience.
 
Thanks Knarfeng - they used to have a storefront in the mall across the street where I work - but closed up some number of years ago.

I have a smaller planner made by them - and it is good quality.
