Bottom -- 19 inch 28 ounce village model by Bura. Edge is very hard. Went to the field and got a tiny chuck knocked out of edge. Work it out with stone in 30 minutes. Put it on the grinder for 1 minute and you have a khukuri that will do the job for 100 years. Delivered to your door for $30. UBBB.

And the 30 inch Kobra from other thread is still looking for a home for $100.

I was thinking the same thing. But then I thought how good the Bura Village model will go in the back of my truck. Besides, I got lots of other knives(non HI) to sell for funds at the convention

I think it looks like an AK, but what do I know? It has the HI superfrog, not the military style, and the bend looks more like an AK to me than a BAS.

I am sure I will love it. I was really trying to hold out for the convention. It actually took me about 30 seconds to decide and call Uncle Bill. So much for will power. But, come on, a Bura village model for $30. I am sooooo weak.
