Check out the Red Rock Assault packs. I just got one in the mail yesterday and I love it. Its very good quality for the price. The Regular size one is about $45 and the larger one that I got was I think $59. It has molle straps on the whole front and sides as well as the straps. The bigger one has more normal molle. I got mine from theopsdeck.com The customer service was very good, I had a question when ordering and they called me personally to figure it out.

I just placed an order for a 5.11 Tactical Rush 24. It's well over your price range ($120-140), but as CWL said, you're going to get what you pay for. If you buy cheap, you're going to get exactly that. The zippers will be cheap, the material will be cheap, the straps will be small and under built for the weight you can load into the pack.
For something like this, you've got to pay to play.
