Watched the new ESPN documentary on Ric Flair. He certainly did live a wild life. Sounded fun until you realized that he believed and lived his whole character to the detriment of his family. Lots of old time wrestlers said how great he was and how much they loved him but he never really "got" real life. Hulk Hogan said Flair was 10 times the wrestler he was (true) although he never reached the financial success Hogan had.
Very sad when talking about his son's death via overdose and how he wished he hadn't tried to be his best friend but his dad instead. Hard to give fatherly advice though, when you are living harder than the kid. Even his first ex-wife didn't really have anything "bad" to say about him, she just sounded sad. At the very end it sounded like he now has a relationship with his daughters and does have a fiance.
BTW these 30 for 30 documentaries are really good. I've only seen a few, but they are good.
