307 sheath question

Seems like I remember reading that a 307 would fit nicely into a 501 sheath. Can anyone confirm or deny this for me so I don’t have to order one to find out?

What's wrong with using a 307 sheath?

That’s very kind of you! I would love to have one. Thanks for taking the time to look and thanks for your generosity.
My knife cabinet is pretty well organized. The boxes and sheaths are all over the place. Tucked here and there where I could find room. I totally understand.
I recently picked up a user 307 for a pretty decent price It’s a little rough but solid and functional. First one I’ve ever owned. My Grandad carried one when I was a kid. Some of my earliest memories are of him peeling apples with it. I can’t seem to leave mine at home. Every time I use it I think of him.

Interesting thread for the simple fact I didn’t realize they ever made a sheath specifically for the 307. I’d love to see pictures if anyone gets a chance.👍

I didn’t know that they made one but I agree that it needs one. 😀 I have not found a picture of one on line yet but I’m going to look a little more.

Kyhunt, I'm beginning to wonder. I have six 307s that are NIB which is why I offered a sheath to Grateful. I have photos of the knives with their boxes, but I don't see any sheaths in the photos. The problem is, I have been going through boxes filled with sheaths and boxes, and so far I can't even find a box with the 307 boxes. It's driving me crazy, but I'll keep searching.

EDIT: I just looked at the old catalogs, and I don't see any photos or mention of a 307 sheath.
