Nice!!

The 307's are big rascals. Just dug one out of my baggie from the other thread where everyone is sticking magnets to the bolsters. :D

You will have fun collecting them. This one has BUCK on the emblem instead of the hammer/bolt. Three liner, no year code.

Guys,
Sorry to make you wait, but I have written a history on these, naturally with several photos, that may be in the next BCCI newsletter. After it comes out there, I will post it with most of the photos here (10 photo limit) and place it on the BCCI website knife history location in an expanded verison over both other postings.
Till then heres something to work you up for the newletter. 300

The 307 was one of the knives produced for Buck by Camillus. Camillus had the all the tooling for it, so when Camillus shut down, it all went away. There've been many wanting/wishing Buck to produce it again (including me), but it'd be a very expensive undertaking to re-tool for it.

If any one is looking for a sheath for one, the sheath that is made for the 500 fits perfectly. I found this out accidently last week when I had a 307 and a sheath for a 500 show up in the mail at the same time. Fits like a glove.:thumbup:

They are just very cool knives and I love mine. It's just a little large to pocket carry for me, so I usually reserve that for a 301. I've used the sheaths made for the 500 also. They are a good fit.

Dave, I gotta agree that they are a little large for my pocket also. I have been carrying mine in the 500 sheath ever since they came in last week. It sure seems like alot of guys have been picking up the 307 lately and evrything I have been hearing has been good. So I will just add in that I like mine alot also.

I just picked up three brand new ones recently for future use. They are bound to run out of them sooner or later.

Someone gets ready to sell something, just let us know, we will talk about is some and the prices will go up.......ha

I bet there have been twice as many 307s on Ebay in the last month than any other month....I guess I should make a special code word to let everyone here know I am gonna write a history on a knife so they can get in on the low point of the price cycle.....
....Isn't that how Wall Street works..... ; - }

300Bucks

I just picked up another one.......or 2, really I got 3 but don't tell my wife, I went over budget........

Skyhorse, that a good looking 307 you got... I have one some where... I been looking for it all day... :eek:

I really like that picture :thumbup:.
Nice lookin 307's here. I've been going back and forth on getting one. I really want one, but its the same size as my Case 6375's, and they don't see much pocket time because of the size. They do feel really good in hand though...

Heck for the price, I should pick one up anyway, before they dry up, and the price goes up
