309 or 305

Buckman110, What's with all of your 2X post's? Slow down a bit!

I've been having some funky stuff happen yesterday and today when I post to a thread; the forum software wants me to either post again or leave the page - if I leave the page I can come right back and see that I successfully posted (if I don't there is a double post) - very strange. OH

I've got both knives, and prefer the 309 because it's a bit bigger than the 305. But the 305, though small, is still a handy knife, especially in an office setting. I find myself using that little coping blade quite a bit. And it doesn't draw attention to itself.

big fan of the 309 here
its my "office" knife

305 might be awesome, just never had one so...

I'm not sure why I keep doing that. I only press the post button once??
Of course I keep getting a message saying forum message not posted or something like that.

Yes. I have quite a few small 2 blades. Not all buck. But the ill blades are very handy. I had a old keen kutter and lost it. So another buck emerges from the collection.

The 305 is so tiny, such that I think what you have to hold on to limits what you can do with it. I can live with the new sabre, or hi-hollow type grind of the newest Bucks on the larger blades. I just don't care for the looks as much on the 305. I just scored a pretty Camillus 309 at the show this weekend, and I feel good about using this one.
