I just received a 310 whittler (though it's marked 309) It's great! Like a cross between the Lancer and the Cadet! The blades fit so close it's amazing.
Does anyone know if this knife will be produced in the future? It has a 2012 date stamp, but it isn't on the Buck web site -As I understand it, it's only available from one retailer (I don't know if I'm allowed to name it)
I ask because I'm really tempted to order another one. I probably shouldn't spend the money, but it really is a perfect knife for detail work. Just in case I lose it, and can't replace it in a few years.
