I picked up this knife on ebay last week.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=160243800637&ssPageName=STRK:MEWN:IT&ih=006

It came in the other day. 3 line tang stamp, "SCHRADE/WALDEN/N.Y. U.S.A.". "34OT/S.S." on the other side of the tang. Overall nice looking knife, needs cleaned up, as the silver bolsters have tarnished. But wondering what you all would do about the handles. Would you leave it like it is, or go ahead and finish shaping them and have a finished knife? I can't decide either way myself. Somebody make up my mind for me, please!:D

Hi Dave, i have one that i shaped the handles on ,looks cool and i carry it daily. the handles are bone. these knives are unfinished 25th anniversary old timer knives. I dont know that there is any real value beside history wise, have fun,G.M

I wouln't mind getting one just as an unfinished example for the collection, I would leave it as is.
