In the process of making this little fella for my six year old nephew for Christmas. Poor guy is the only boy in the family out of six cousins. I have three girls, my sister one girl, other sister one girl one boy, and my youngest sister is pregnant. That's right, I feel his pain, I grew up the only boy with three sisters. So I asked his mom if I could make him a knife for Christmas.
This is forged from O1 1/2 inch round stock. Fits about three fingers of my hand so I'm pretty sure it will fit him. Looking forward to getting it done.
I tried asking my oldest daughter, who is also six, if she wanted me to make her a knife as well. She wasn't real interested, but I'm thinking some pink G10 might just change her mind.
