3V Chef's Knife

I like it. The handle material wouldn't be my first choice though. I'm sure it would be great when wet but I'd worry about getting getting food and other stuff stuck in all those nooks and crannies.
 
I like it. Looks like it is "all bizness". My handle choice would be black micarta with a 400 grit finish.
Do you make parers and utility blades out of the same steel?
 
I would prefer a different handle material as well and maybe a slightly smaller handle as well (I have small hands) but other than that I really like it. Plus you don't usually see 3V (great steel) used in kitchen cutlery.
