I'm the same way. Typing forces people to be concise, most videos consist of people yammering on and on for 10 minutes before they ever use the knife. Grinder, that's not aimed at you, just a general trend I've seen with videos.actual content here, to read. More than an imbedded link to a you tube video. Seems like I was pretty clear above.I have no use for you tube videos and have them turned off. I want blade forum content.
Ok I will review the knife in the Mastiff style of conveying ideas. That is, using partial thoughts and incorrect punctuation.
Knife good, comparable to others in size in the kitchen? Worth your money if you like it. If you had watched just the first two minutes of the vid you should understand how discouraging it is to only encounter stale criticism of something one has put forth effort to create for purposes of sharing with a community. The feeling is much like knitting someone a sweater for Xmas and having them burn it in front of you because it's the "wrong" color. Empathy is the word I believe.
Ok seriously now, I have noticed the views of my thread are much higher than the views of the vid so thanks for the constructive criticism sodak. I will try to type a competent overview of the knife when I have a enough time so please check back. Thank you.
