Ha ha. Very nice, Dan. Handle is looking good. Did you ever read my article in Blade on how I do my handles? I think it was the Spring of 09 issue. May or April? Not sure. Anyway, dig it up and let me know if you have any questions about how I do it. Glad I can be of inspiration.

And, I'm loving my 3V sword blades. Peter's does a great HT job. It's awesome stuff, but why aren't you using M4 (like you use in your Blade Sports competition knives) in your smaller knives and saving the 3V for your swords? Must be awful to cut that bar into these little tiny bowie knives - a shame if you ask me.

Hey Michael

Yeh I did read that article in blade. It was very informative. This handle was done a little different

I am glad that you are happy with your 3V blades.
To answer your ? I used 3V on these last two blades because I had leftovers from cutting out swords and when I make a competition chopper I only have enough M4 to make small knives.

Very nice work Dan - that's a sharp looking knife with nice lines and pleasing details. The copper accents and combination wood handle really give this piece a lift.

Beauty of a knife Dan!

I know how much work you put into it, and having held it before, I can attest that it's quite comfy in the hand.
