LCT review at 1:27 min if you want to skip Sticky .

For $220 , yes I would... if I needed one . ( But: I'd rather have the old leather "southern comfort " type sheath . Like came with my O-1 . )

IDK if these have still a cable tang ? Hope so !

G10 handle is probably an upgrade from woodish ones .

Won't buy one because of the cable tang. Not sure if the 3V version is like that, but I guess why wouldn't it be like the others? Don't know.

I consider the cable tang to be a desirable feature on a fighting knife to absorb shock , but probably not for survival / utility .

If the handle gets badly enough damaged , structurally compromised , the cable may not be held in tension and fail .

Most of the fixed blades I carry are in the 4.5-7.5" range, this one is a bit big for me anyways since it's not oriented towards utility like the Trailmaster. I even sold my Trailmasters, since I didn't see needing them. I can baton with a hatchet or camp axe if need be. Not saying this isn't a cool knife, just not my cup of tea. I'm sure a lot of people would not prefer the things I like either. The blade and nice G10 handle is very good for the price point, the cable tang and sheath not so much.
