Consists of USMC Kabar style knife, USN Mk2 style knife, Army M-3 style knife, and Air Force Jet style knife, all highly polished with gold guards and hilts. Presented in an oak case that can either hang on the wall or sit on a counter. Did Camillus put this set together? How scarce are they?

First, to post pictures they must be on an online site like Photobucket. Second, as a Registered User you cannot ask for the price of a knife or knives. There is a "sticky" at the top of forum explaining this. I am sure folks would love to see the set and the case. Keep an eye on auction sites to see if someone is selling one to get the idea for the price.

The link below shows the 1990 Camillus catalog. Go near the bottom of the document for a description of the item your asking about.

Commemoratives are a different animal than the original item they represent. Some of them become more valuable than others. The condition of the item is going to be paramount. IMHO it's going to be hard to establish a realistic value for commemorates without seeing what the market place tends to pay for that item from several examples. Some people tend to pay too much for bright shiny items.
