Though Mountaineer is my favorite for 4 layers, the Explorer is a close second for me. The inline phillips is awesome, and mag glass is great for fine prints. For what I do , it is the explorer. I use the magnifier and I like the straight out Phillips .
Now that you mentioned it, it'd make good sense!Explorer for me, not that I carry it. While it sees other use at home I find it the perfect kitchen SAK, so it lives in the cutlery drawer. The can opener does what it's for; the flat SD tightens pot handles with slotted screws while the Phillips does the same for pots with Phillips screws; the scissors and blades open packages; the magnifier lets me read ingredient lists in fine print; the tweezers pick stray hairs out of food. I've used the hook to open difficult pull tabs.
