What kind of steel are the others & what's the blade length & OA length of each?

The odds are high that the steel in these neck knives is 1095, since that is what Newt Livesay used on the vast majority of his knives, both large and small. Newt is a master heat-treater of 1095, having nailed down the process through much practice.

Stabber's prices on these are very good, given that Newt isn't in the trade any more and you can't order more. I'd get one, but I still haven't worn out the necker I got from Newt years ago.

The bottom one is SPF to T. Erdelyi
