Well, It's been a while but I got 4 more Jim Siska knives.
That Ironwood Recurve is a different blade style than the rest of my Siska Sub Hilts. Sure has a wild recurve to it.
I Picked that Cocobolo Sub Hilt up from Jim while He so graciously had me and Stabber Jr over to work on our forged blades that are lookin real good.
Awesome Mamoth Cowboy style Bowie
And a Hunter from Way back in 85 When Jim only used his inicials. very few were marked this way.

Certain knives possess certain aesthetics that have the ability to force one to stare at said blade work for hours. Those sub hilts meet (or exceed) the criteria. Phenomenal blade grindage !

I would like to add. . . . .

. . . .now I'm going to have nightmares. :p :D

:eek: WOW...those subhilts are exceptional! A great looking group of knives.

Congratulations to both of you.

Peter

just amazing fighters, always liked them, will look just as good in 100 years.

That is some score!
The cowboy bowie is atypical, but very, very nice!

Great looking set, interesting pommel engraving :D:D:p! The second sub-hilt from the top is superb!

Cheers,

Stephen

Beautiful knives Ricky --- I'd sure like to feel that crazy recurve in hand...

Really like your Siska's.
The two battle blades are my favorites, the grinds flow so nicely and the spearpoint looks great. Does it have pants?
Kind of a unique guard on the hunter, nice stag.
Thanks for sharing.
