4 older Benchmades need I.D.

Benchmade knives are far from my specialty so I am turning here for some help. These 4 are well worn and appear to me to be older knives. I could be way off and possibly they only appear older because they have seen some action. Does anyone have a I.D. on any of these? Are any of them collectible or just work horses? Thanks!
