Excellent 21.5 inch two pound Chitlangi by Amtrak. Beautiful rig. Nice work by both Amtrak and village sarki. Only thing that keeps this out of the perfect category is 3/8 inch superglue fix crack in horn handle, slight shrinkage of horn at buttcap and very small ding on buttcap. $95 delivered.

Beautiful (as you can see for yourself) 18" 22 ounce Chitlangi by the master. Buttcap is a work of art. Couple of hairline cracks in handle that probably won't develop but might. Scabbard took a hit in shipping but can be masked with kiwi. Otherwise 10/10 rig. Take it home for $75.

17 inch 24 ounce GRS by Bura. Perfect rig except grainlines in handle and slight shrinkage of horn at bolster. UBBB at $75.

15" 15 oz. Sirupati by Shanker. 1/4 inch superglue fix crack in handle keeps it out of the perfect category. $60 and another UBBB.

Email.

No more blems until 1 Oct.

None for me today, although the GRS is tempting. I was hoping for another JKM-1. Have at it guys.

I sent email on the 18" before the pics were working. Man was I surprised and pleased when they showed up. I've never seen a white handled chit before. Can't believe that the 21" horn handled chit is still here. And a 15" Sirupati is one of the sweetest and most usable khuks out there.

agree. My 12AK is by Shanker and his work is remarkable. I don't have a large enough selection but I'd measure his work with the best.

(By the way, it is not a good sign when you are ordering before you even see the khuk! Some might suggest you have "khuk issues.":p)

Steve, I am envious. I was stuck at a district leadership meeting; couldn't help having this feeling...and wouldn't you know it. I'm glad you got it.

Two minute turn around time...beats my record of three minutes. :D

I hope this one found the right home. She will have plenty of company with her brothers and sisters. I had no intention of buying today, but that little voice spoke up before Bill even put the specials up. Just had a feeling. Then no pictures! I already had the email finished except for the subject. Cut "18" chitlangi", and paste. Then send.

Kis, there's no question that I have khuk issues.
Hello, my name is Steve, and I'm a khukuriholic.

Steve, the same thing happened to me with the Ghopte that I picked up several weeks ago. I didn't even look at the pictures before I sent the email. It worked out though. I really like the "little" thing.;)

Sarge, doesn't a big guy like you Need a 21" Chit? :) It still looks to be available.

Horn handled chitlangis are a thing of beauty!

Steve

Uncle Bill;

I can't seem to make my e-mail work. I'd like the 21" Chitlangi if it's still available.

I'll see if I can get this stupid server here to send out my e-mails instead of holding them in my Out Box.

Thanks.

Don

[Edit: Dang it! That's three for three messages to Uncle Bill getting kicked back. Hope this bid request counts until I can get to my machine at home. Thanks.]

Don, better make a phone call to him. Posting to this thread doesn't count for claiming an item.
