4-strand vs 7-strand Paracord Comparison

Found some 4-strand cord. All 3 of the 4 are inner strands are all white, and 1 is white with green striping.

Anyone know anything about this type cord? Rating??

I believe the 4 strand has a 400 pound rating I think.
