40th Anniversary 110 Chuck Buck Ltd. Edition

I've managed to get my hands on a 40th Anniversary 110 with a photo medalion of Chuck Buck on the handle. Customer service was able to tell me that this knife was made exclusively for Smoky Mountain Knife Works, but the young lady didn't know how many were made. I contacted SMKW and they told me they were sold out in about 3 months, but they weren't sure how many they had sold in total, either 250 or 500. Anybody have any ideas about how I might find out?

As I recall, when I ordered mine from Smokey Mountain the web-site said 750 were made.

Yeah, if you keep yours MINT, and figure in the number of guys who will use there,s and the ones that won't store them right someday it will be only a few mint ones left!
