I received a couple bars of 410/26c3 San mai to make a couple of knives out of.
I don’t have experience with Laminated steel so I was excited to try some out.
I wasn’t sure exactly how to proceed with it so I asked a couple people for tips.
It’s a really neat product.
I would guess that this thickness and combination would be perfect for a skinner.
I’d love to try some with a little bit thicker core for a bigger hunter or fighter.

The handle is dyed and stabilized buckeye burl.

Thanks for looking.
