420C 420HC steel grade

[440C knife steel]

i see that 420C is a high carbon version of 420 steel.
So i am wondering is that 420C equals to 420HC, 4Cr13 steel grade.
Can somebody give some suggestions?

I've never seen an alloy called "420C". What is the composition?

I checked it and foud the following;

As per USA standards, there is 420A 420B 420C
420A equals to 420j1, 2Cr13.
420B is 420j2, 3Cr13.
For 420C steel, it is 4Cr13.
