I'm pretty sure that those novel tang stamps mean that both knives, ItsTooEarly's and Haebbie's, should be sent to me right away for study. Uh huh, yea. Fascinating stuff. You can't have too many Buck knives, man those clear ones are the cat's meow, and the cryptic tang stamp codes make it fun. Buck should consider a decoder ring for us enthusiasts don't you think.

Love those bizarre dots!!!

:)

Those of us who enjoy the unusual stamps owe a lot to the guy who's responsible for the odd dot varieties.

The mad dotter.

Thank you, whoever you are.

Thanks Oregon, this is like your 111/110 Classic... This one should have a 422 blade, but it has a cool 112<* blade...
That I like more... We do need a Buck decoder ring for sure... ... ITE

Ahh,,,the mysterious dot. I only have one. Buck has explained this, but still fun to talk about the rarity of them.

Interesting how the camera almost makes the stamping in the top photo look elevated instead of recessed.

Thanks....

Thats the first dot I have seen in front of the model number. Interesting!
