Just bought a Minibuck for light pocket carry. I noticed the pin that the lock bar pivots on looks like it was not pressed on one side. One side is mushroomed as it should be, but the other side sticks out really far. I'm not sure whether to take it back or send it to Buck. If I send it UPS to Buck, it will cost more than the knife cost. Has anyone had this problem on the Minibuck?

I've had the same thing on my 309, so I'm not surprised by this. Does it snag on threads, or does it just bother you? If it doesn't cause any problems, I'd just use the knife and forget about it.
You can peen the pin round if you have a ball peen hammer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ySqwxPmF4-k It might make the lock bar tighter than you want, though.
