The 426 BuckLite III was introduced new in the 1984 catalog.

Not a BuckLite so that begs the question, did this knife come originally with a 426 blade from the factory or was it part of the customization? If you were putting this knife in your database, would you list it as a 110 or 426? A custom by ARKSKNIVES with lots of nice features all wrapped up in a small package. Grooved red bone, filework, Nickel Silver frame, and a chip flint 426 blade. The blade is 1990 (X) so it will be 425m.

Does anyone know if there were any drop point 110-sized blades used prior to the 426 in 1984?
Don't think so. Let's see if someone else knows different.
The 1986 catalog shows the 426 BuckLite III with a clip blade so the drop did not last long.
