42LL

I got an e-mail from Roberta today and was told that the new designation for the latchless bali will be 42LL, which leads me to believe that it'll be a WeeHawk blade. She also stated that there will be 10 each of the protos marked "June 2001" and numbered "Prototype 01/10", "Prototype 02/10", etc.....30 total numbered knives. Not many to go around....

I was told at the show that the 43 and 47 would most likely have the same type of pre and first-production runs as the 42. Is this no longer the case? I tried my darndest to purchase one of the proto's at the show, but didnt happen. i would do about anything for one though, can anyone help me out?!?

I was very aware of the fact that the BM booth was next to the exxit of the bladeshow and I could have run away with a few customs bt I made the mistake of introducing myself so the guys behind the booth were ready incase I tried somethign fishy

and sadly my cute charm didnt work

Ahhhh...I might get a Latchless and have the safe handled fileworked. I'm waiting on the Bowie...

And the idea of a Kris is just so appealing and such a dream, that I cannot believe it will ever be produced, and if it is, I don't see it being available until after Blade Show 2002.

Well, looking at the pics I've seen so far, the bowie really doesn't do anything for me - I usually like them, but what I've seen of this one doesn't speak to me.

A latchless kris, on the other hand, sounds like a dream come true
