Whoa - come to me, baby :cool:

Hope to get one of these sometime.........love the bullet, but not the writing on the blade, not my thing.

Great pair of knives, no doubt prove very popular

I'm hoping they run a single blade. This should be an incredibly popular pattern, especially since they showed the picture and then pretty much said, "we'll get to it sometime this year..."

- agreed, sir..! I'd prefer the single blade too - pinchable to open, even better

Normally I'm not a carbon steel fan..but I'd be willing to make an exception for the Northfield variant.
 
I hope they run these as extensively as they did the #78. Definitely at the very top of my list of knives to buy in 2018.
 
Lot depends on the TYPE of bone they decide to put on the Northfield. I don't mind the blade-etch as that will disapper with use, it's the stamped end-cap I don't really care for.

No, I prefer the simplicity of the Tidioute:)

I'm looking forward to it. I have and really enjoy both the #18 Beagle and #22 Magnum, and I have a Mardi Gras #56 on order, so I'll make a little set. The small and medium sized versions of each pattern.
 
I understand these are scheduled for production soon.....?

Anyone hear anything.....? Am sure you guys will have your ear closer to the ground

I am also interested in this pattern and contacted Gunstock Jack, he talked to Chris and the word is not until this summer sometime...... that's all I know!:)

We absolutely NEEEEEEED this one in 440C! Especially the 2-blade.

How about they make the blingy Northfield line the 440C line for the collectors, and just charge 20-30% more for them. I'd certainly pay the difference for the quality stainless with all the bells and whistles. We see clearly from the after market that people are willing to pay a LOT more for GEC knives.

I pre-ordered an ebony and cocobolo. I’m really looking forward to these.
 
Bumping a thread instead of starting a new one...
I'm getting excited for this release. I have an ebony on pre-order and I check GEC's site almost every day for updated progress pics. I even ordered a Rough Rider gunstock to curb my appetite while I wait. Anybody else getting excited for this one?
