Is there anyone that can help me locate the following: 14 ea. .090-.099" thick x 5" wide x 144 1/2" Long Strip. Material: 440C SS, Rockwell Hardness 48-52, Sheared Edges, Flatness: Best Effort. Apparenly meeting all above criteria is no easy task!

Thats not a real common material to ask for, and you need a lot of it. You might try contacting one of the big steel supply companys like admiral.
