Ok. im gonna do some kitchen knives, some high carb in O-1, some stainless. 440C or Ats-34 is the question. Comments?

If it were me, I would chose 440C. More corrosion resistant, less prone to chip, especially with the thin stock. JMO.

taz, i have used both for my culinary/kitchen knives and am moving over to all 440c. the ATS-34 does hold a edge a little better but that is lost to corrison. people just dont know how to care for knives these days, so for the masses my vote is 440c

Plus its cheaper :D

I was lookin at prices from sheffields since i gotta order from them anyway... $42 for 6' of it, 1.5" wide
