Welcome to HI and the Forum Viadei and scipio. Both of your choices appear to be excellent offerings by Bhakta...nicely crafted khukuris with good weights for their lengths. Viadei, if you feel up to it, it would be nice to hear about the fuller in your Gelbu Special. Bhakta is one of the new kamis and I haven't gotten a good feel for how the new guys are doing with their fullers. (Tirtha seems to be doing well with his and it is hard to see the fuller in the picture of the GS.)

Its good to have you both here and want you to keep coming back so, please, read the safety thread. Have big fun with your khuks when they arrive.

Thanks for the welcome. I've had a 15" AK that I purchased from HI 5-6 years ago....great knife....so this will number 2 for me.

Well then, Congrats on your new addition scipio. I know that there have been buyers that prefer to keep a lower profile or maybe just don't do forums. And that's OK...to each their own. But it is always good to have new faces/voices here, especially when they have years of experiences with their khuk as you do. The 15" AK has always had a good reputation as a sturdy and reliable khukuri. Your WWII is going to be a good compliment to it.
