So full TI scales for the 4th Gen XM-18's dont exist yet right? I was very interested in purchasing one then realized the stop pins between the gen's create compatability issues as stated on the RHK site. Anyone know when we can expect to see these guys hit the market?

Been asked quite a bit. Short answer: no.

The actual RHK guys will know/announce anything before we can.

Most all of us that post in the HUH thread are in want-mode for these. Ti scales as (often posted) are a bugger to produce but are and likely will be made in the future.

One thing is certain, we will know when they are offerd, as it will be posted. I'm hoping it's posted by me (after placing my order). :D

They do exist... here's proof: :D

All it takes is a small drilled hole to make the scales fit the relocated stop-pin of the Gen 4.

If the stop-pin is visible at the topside of the knife while open and the screw head is not present for the stop-pin while looking at the lockside...and it's a 3.5" 18...then it's likely a Gen 4....just sayin'.

Butwhadaikonw?

Stop pin is visible all the time..posting quickly can be misread.

Even when they get around to making them, they likely won't make many in the configuration that I want/need but I'll still end up with one. I need a blasted then anodized blue scale to match my blasted then blue ano'd lock side. Blue frame with bronze standoffs, bronze crusader handle nut and crusader clip is my dream for this knife.

Capbyrd, I have a blue frame custom stonewash on the way and was thinking of changing the standoffs to bronze, does your blue frame already have bronze standoffs? I understand your blue is blasted but do you have pictures of it with bronze standoffs you could share?
