5.11 C.U.B. Master 2.0 ???

I haven't seen the new ones but I'd wave them too.

Difference between it and the original C.U.B. Master?

I believe the original one had black g-10 scales , whereas the 2.0 has Grey FRN scales textured with "+" logo. Original was a satin blade, 2.0 is coated.
 
They really combined features from the CUB Master and Journeyman karambits and made the 2.0 version while discontinuing the other two original models. To me the texture of the grip is better on the 2.0 I own all three and preferred the Journeyman but now I keep a 2.0 in the bag I travel with and take to work. As for pocket carry...... It remains to be an Emerson combat karambit. For the money I think the 5.11 2.0 is worth the asking price and better than the Fox folding karambit.
