5.5" Aviator in OD Green

I know a similar topic may have been brought up in the past but I wanted to revisit it.

I just bought a 5.5" Aviator in OD Green (birthday April 26, 2004) and was wondering if anyone knew if these are special order knives. I noticed on Chris's website the 5.5" Aviator isn't even listed so I am assuming he will do them by request (?). I am also pretty sure he will do any one-piece in OD Green by request also, but I was curious if he only does this by request.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

The 5.5 OD Green Aviator was a special run. I can't recall how many where made or who they were made for.

It will cost $25 to have any knife in their line coated in OD Green. I had my MK VI done that had seen some wear on the black coating after 5 years of abuse. It looks great!
