I've owned a Large Insingo briefly but Large isn't very large to me. Does anybody else feel the same way? I'm thinking it needs to be proportionally thicker as well... maybe .160" Ti and a .140 blade.
The BladeForums.com 2024 Traditional Knife is ready to order! See this thread for details:
https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/bladeforums-2024-traditional-knife.2003187/
Price is $300 $250 ea (shipped within CONUS). If you live outside the US, I will contact you after your order for extra shipping charges.
Order here: https://www.bladeforums.com/help/2024-traditional/ - Order as many as you like, we have plenty.
My sweet spot is 5" but I EDC a 5.5" DDR.
You have some of the sweetest knives! I usually settle close to 3.5-4", but that's purely on availability. A 5" blade would give me a much better handle with which to work.

I could do a 4" or maybe 4 1/2" sebenza, but anything after that would just be too impractical for my needs.
5" Sebenza? Probably not for me....but an Umnumzaan or variant thereof..That would be pretty cool![]()
A "big" Umnumzaan or 25 would be a cool knife.![]()
I was talking to a few friends at my local knife shop lastnight and we agree fully that there needs to be a 4.5 inch Umnumzaan in 3v.
