Really, the blems are a good way to pick up a good khuk cheaply. Have experience at this. A little work and you have a great khuk! The AK's or the WWII either one is a good way to go. Kinda partial to the AKs by Sher,,

made the BAS blem I lucked out on yesterday. Any particular characteristics of his I should note?

My 15 in AK is by Bura, and the 12 in is by Shankar. Contrast and compare, you have until the end of the period. Thanks

Kis, my flashbacks to school are more on the nightmare category than anything else. Oh well.
Comparing the Amtrak to say Bura. Hmmm, I think Bura can and generally does a straighter sword of shiva than Amtrak or any of the other kamis. Amtrak seems to do a good hard edge. I sharpened mamavs AK by Amtrak and it was just as hard as Buras. I think general fit on the Amtrak was as good as any of the other kamis I have seen. Bear in mind here that each kami can do some variance on the same type of piece from day to day. Also each member of this cantina has thier own personal preference on khuks. I'd probably like the AK by Amtrak but can't get it away from Ginger long enough to find out!:)
 
Someone buy those two already. I'm out of work, can't afford more, but they're calling me every time I see this thread. :)
