Hello Everyone,
With hunting season approaching, I have made a batch of knives for a friend in Texas. She is a wonderful woman, and she is buying handmade knives for the men in her life.

Lucky men.

These are all supposed to be using knives, and making gave me a chance to play with this theme. After all, I don't want to only make swords. I need a break in between. She said she wanted each one a little different, so I had fun with the various shapes. Besides, I need to get fast enough at making these so it is worthwhile for me and affordable.

I couldn't resist putting a hamon on two of them, though. All of that W2, it just didn't seem right.

Hope you like. By the way - you will see that the pins (silicon bronze) and the bolster material (also silicon bronze) must be slightly different alloys. Don't you hate that! they looked the same when pinned, but they are patinating differently.
