5-grand for a MiniGun???-Yes indeed!!!

I'm at work and timid to go any farther into the site (yeah, I'm a puss), but I don't understand. Does it fire live ammo, or is it just an airgun? Stupid question?
 
It's a Airsoft gun, I knew it as soon as I opened the page. Pretty cool if you had 5 grand to piss away. :)
 
It's airsoft and BB.

They claim the"BB" version can produce velocities approaching 600fps with a rate of fire of 40+ BBs per second :eek:
 
I'd rather spend the 5 g's on a well made top of the line German airgun. Lots more power/range, and the novelty won't wear off too soon!
 
iits neat but for $5K i can think of tons of other stuff i would rather have other than a airsoft MG, like maybe a real MG???

Trick would be coming up w/ a reliable feed mechanism...how to load every bbl on every rotation.

For steel BBs anyway, a magnetic feeding device of some sort might work

The other difficulty I see is achieving an effective gas seal that wouldn't imped the rotation of the bbls...maybe a high torque motor is the solution, but then I might be replacing O-rings pretty often...unless some sort of high temperature lubricant would solve that...

Did you guys watch that TV get shredded? OUCH! I know a few 12ga shells could do the same thing but it shore looks fun. :D
