This sold on the bay for over 255.00
I think it is to be considered how the frame and blade combinations emerged.
Would a fifth pin added be the only difference in the pin layOut if deception and fraud were seen here?

Can it be a certainty that a vintage two dot era buck knife was rebladed in a spa………. More pics here
5 Pin Buck Reblade 2021?

I had that same knife on my watch list and was absolutely amazed with the final price it sold at. I believe it to be an original 4 pin that had the blade replaced with a new blade.

Knife was most likely sent in for a spa and reblade than.paired with a new sheath.

Maybe Buck can do a 4 pin remake for a BOTM.

4 pin yes. Not 5 because the pivot pin is not counted. I see a lot of two pins listed as three pin.
I tend to think also that a legit 4 pin was rebladed By Buck. Along the way with the change of owners after the reBlade
someOne just ’forgot’ to convey the info passing it on.

I would have gotten the knife with not catching on and think the winner should dispute the listing. I somehow believe the true scenario with a correctly described item would bring significantly less money.

Those who saw it, with some experience could send it to BUCK with a correct bladed second knife to have it redone right. Then had a nice 4 pin. They don’t come up but rarely.

Dosen't it seem to be thinned a little? Bucks Spa DOES a great job especially for the little they charge for the service but there's other's who work magic on older Bucks so it might not be Bucks work .
I consider 110's like this "4" Pin valuable only if they are original. And frankly that is a high price for a nice original even NIB . In my humble opinion. But some Folks just like a particular Buck and will bid till they win it. I'm ok with that.
