Thanks for the information. I don’t see this as an attempt to drum up business, but a chance to spread the word to interested parties. This is a pretty rare opportunity for some people, I don’t think it is out of line.

Last time I saw one sold it went for $27,500 if I recall correctly. While Loveless and Moran may be the men. Scagel is THE MAN, when it comes to price. :eek:
 
What justifies those prices? I mean, they look nice and all, but I've seen knives that are absolutely perfect with a price tag in the range of $1500-2500. Why so pricey?
 
Because of who made the knife. The man is a legend and his knives are priced this high because people that have the money want to own a part of that legend. There are also those that know that what they sell for now is the cheapest they are going to be and that they are a good investment. Believe it or not, I think in a few years these knives will easily get double what is being paid for them now.
 
I was all set to bid on all five after I collected my Powerball winnings! One little problem though...
