I hit 500 posts earlier today and I am going to give away the Schrade 834UH that I purchased earlier this year with the express intention of giving it away here. This particular knife has been used, carrried, and sharpened, though not by me. It is in very good to excellent used condition.
Here are a couple of photos of the knife:
Now for the rules:
1.You must be a regular on this forum (Traditional Folders and Fixed Blades) with at least 50 posts. I will check to make sure that you qualify.
2. You must be legally eligible to own the knife if you win the drawing.
3. You must be a paying member of the site.
4. Your post number will be your entry number. If you make more than one post in the thread only your first post will be considered for entry.
5. You may do whatever you like with this knife except sell it. You may give it to another person that needs a knife if you are led to do so. I don't require that you use it, but it is used already so you might as well.
6. Entry will run through 9:00 PM CDT, Sunday October 3, 2010.
9. Winner will be announced no later than Oct 4, 2010.
10. Winner will be selected uing the random.org online random number generator.
11. I will ship internationally via USPS small flat rate package. Once I hand the package to my Post Office clerk, that will be the end of my liability. If you win and the package is stolen or lost then we both lose. Best I can do.
