To the Rat Pack, (or whatever else in the world we may now be called... forgot to follow that thread.)

Just wanted to say I've enjoyed my travels through the blade forums, but particularly the ESEE forum. Lots of good people sharing good information here. Thanks to Jeff, Mike, Blade Forums, and the Pack. You guys are all great (except when ESEE or one of it's product lines undergo a name change or split, then some of you are seriously creepy.)

I'd like to thank ESEE for helping me celebrate this moment with my personal prototype of the Laser Strike Mk.2 Mod 3

God bless all,

You know, I have one simple request. And that is to have sharks with frickin' laser beams attached to their heads! Now evidently my cycloptic colleague informs me that that cannot be done. Ah, would you remind me what I pay you people for, honestly? Throw me a bone here! What do we have?

How does it affect the strength of the knife? I'm sure a high powered laser's heat would definitely compromise the heat treat... but you know it is always good to send in for a warranty replacment.

A quick tip, stare directly at the laser to test it's strength. That way you won't have any problems destroying your heat-treat

:D
