Hi to all,
I've been a member of the ABS for a couple of years now, in which I'm still an Apprentice.
I been thinking in prepare myself for the JS test for maybe next year, so although I usually make all damascus blades I need to practice in monosteel.
This hunter is the first one do for that purpose.
5160 steel, round spine, 420 ss guard, ironwood handle with german silver pin.

Hope you like it.

I will post it in the Sale secction too, if anyone is interested.

Full on looks like a Russ Andrews Hunter that I had.....nice proportions, great finish!

Best Regards,

STeven Garsson

Very nice Manuel. Love the look of that and a real nice finish. If you are going to blade withg your test pieces next year we can pace the floor together mate!
Cheers Keith

Really nice my friend! Clean as it comes.

If this is your medium sized hunter, I'd hate to encounter the large

One forgets how great your makers mark is with all of that unsightly Damascus you've been hammering together ;)

Sounds good Keith! Jaj
I'll need to see about a few things but I will try to go to Bladeshow next year.

Very nice Manuel and clean too. I like it. Hard to tell from a picture, but the finish looks really nice, guard fit looks right, well made knife. I look forward to seeing you in Atlanta.
