I posted pictures of this blade as it was forged on my Instagram feed. A great customer of mine saw it and claimed it, so I built it for him. A cross draw sheath with heavy cant was his preference so that's what he gets. Now it's off to it's new home.

Specs:
Blade Steel: Hand forged 5160, finished to 1200X
Blade Length: 5&5/8" tip to guard, 5&1/8" edge
Blade thickness: 11/64ths
Guard: 416SS with black G10 and copper spacers.
Handle: Stabilized, Hawaiian Koa with copper pin.
OAL: 10&5/8"

A peek at what's really in the handle:

I agree with the others, both are excellent and don't think I have seen a sheath made like that with the way you did the interchangeable belt piece, sweet.

Beautiful work! The lines on the sheath are very crisp.

Love Instagram for posting WIP pictures. I've had several that were not slated for anyone that got claimed as soon as they were forged.
